FAQ

Let’s answer your questions

Curious about how I work or what to expect when we collaborate? Here are some of the questions I hear most often about my process, approach, and the way I help turn ideas into meaningful digital experiences. If you have something else on your mind, just reach out—I’d love to connect.

How do you kick off a new design project?

I always start by listening and learning—about your goals, your users, and the impact you want to make. From there, I use research, co-creation, and prototyping to shape solutions that are both practical and inspiring.Based on your needs, I’ll send over a detailed quote for your review. If everything looks good, you’ll just need to sign it—or feel free to request changes or share feedback. Once we’ve both agreed, we’ll kick things off with a design brief where we’ll define the project outline together.

What makes your work user-centered?

I bring real people into the process from the start—through interviews, testing, and open feedback. This helps me design experiences that are welcoming, accessible, and truly useful for everyone involved.

Do you collaborate with remote teams?

Yes! I’m experienced working with teams across different locations and cultures. I use digital tools to keep us connected, organized, and moving forward—no matter where you are.

What kinds of projects excite you most?

I’m especially passionate about projects that create positive change—whether in education, social innovation, or community spaces. If your idea aims to make a difference, I’m eager to help bring it to life.
